Note that no payment information is stored.The e-mail with your receipt is sent the moment your payment is approved, and that should be almost immediately.

Grade ‘A’ devices are in good physical and technical condition with no issues at all.
Grade ‘B’ devices are in good working condition with no technical or functional issues at all. However, these might have slight scratches or in normal wear and tear condition. You can check the description of the product to know it’s conditon (e.g where the scratches are? or where there is a slight physical damage), if marked as ‘B’ grade.
Grade ‘C’ devices might have both physical and functional issues. (e.g out of four USB ports only 3 works, or other similar issues. However such devices are still useable and in working conditions. To know the exact issue about a partcular product, kindly read the product description.

If you are not a student, we’ll consider you too!90 days on all refurbished equipment. Some products will allow you to extend warranty for up to a year. This covers hardware problems only, excluding software and consumables such as the battery.

Simply send us an email mentioning that you want to cancel your account or contact us. We’ll sort the rest out and remove all your account data from our database upon your request.
